Hey, I'm Ricky.
I've spent the last decade building software, leading engineering teams, and helping companies figure out how to ship faster without burning out their people. I've worked across healthcare, B2B SaaS, manufacturing, construction tech, and digital marketing — and the problems are almost always the same: too much manual work, not enough clarity, and good people stuck doing things a machine should handle.
I started Voltz Software because I kept seeing the same gap. Companies know AI can help them, but they don't know where to start — and the people selling AI solutions don't understand their business well enough to build something that actually works. I do both. I understand the technology and I understand the operations, and I think the best solutions come from someone who can sit in both rooms.
When I'm not building automation systems or advising on technical strategy, I'm probably camping, watching my kids' soccer games, or having a conversation with someone about how to make their business a little less painful to run.
